Roz Wyeth

Roz is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, is Head of Wills, Trust and Probate, and is authorised to undertake probate work. 

​

In addition she is a full member of STEP (The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and a full member of Solicitors’ for the Elderly as well as a Dementia Friend.  Roz has worked in Gosport for over 10 years during which time she has built up a good relationship with many clients.

​

Roz has expertise in dealing with complex estates including high-net-worth matters, those holding foreign and business assets, where they are family disputes and where the deceased has not left a Will and no family can be traced. 

​

She is often appointed as an executor by her clients.  She prides herself on forming good working relationships with clients and very often represents many generations of the same family.

​

Outside of the office, Roz spends time with her family, and her two dogs and is a huge football fan who also enjoys crafting and DIY.  Walking along Stokes Bay is a particular favourite.
